HVAC certification and on-call rotation one week per month are required. Successful candidates for this position will possess a minimum of three years experience in a similar position, including residential and/or apartment HVAC units, plumbing and small appliance repair. Strong communication, organizational and decision-making skills are required. The right candidate will be self-sufficient, reliable and genuinely enjoy developing and maintaining relationships with our fantastic residents. Clean driving record for previous 3 years also required. Starting pay is $16-19/hour, depending on experience, plus overtime. Hours average 25/week, including weekends (Saturdays 10a-4p and Sundays Noon-4p), with additional flexible hours during the week.
